Appointments limit the chaos of multiple pianos playing at once. This helps immensely with giving you the best experience possible when comparing pianos. There is NEVER ANY PRESSURE to buy something at an appointment!
There are NO COMMISSIONS here, and we are wholly committed to uniting the right piano with the right person. You can have as much –or as little– of our attention as you want while you are visiting, and you can have as many visits as you want. We are here to help in whatever way works best for you!
Walk-ins for home pianos can sometimes accommodated, as long as we are not currently helping another party. Just call from outside, and we will do our best to get you in as soon as possible– if the showroom is free. To avoid disappointment if we are booked, we do recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.
